These timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or regulatory checks.
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available.
Certain pin codes, especially in remote or restricted areas, may not be serviceable by our logistics partners; in such cases, we will inform you and may cancel the order with a full refund.
For heavy machinery, equipment, or bulk orders, delivery timelines, method, and costs may differ and will be communicated case by case prior to confirmation.

Our logistics partners will usually attempt delivery at least two times to the provided address.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, repeated non-availability of recipient, or lack of response, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply, or the order may be cancelled subject to applicable deductions.
For ingredients, consumables, and perishable items, we recommend inspecting the shipment at the time of delivery for any visible damage or tampering.
For machinery and equipment, please ensure that packaging is intact before signing the delivery proof. Any visible damage must be recorded on the delivery slip and reported to us immediately with photographs and videos.
Claims related to transit damage must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with supporting evidence, to enable us to coordinate with the logistics partner.

Depending on product availability, warehouse locations, or logistics constraints, your order may be shipped in multiple consignments.
